The house on redwood is our most recent Spec home. The whole house is centered around a great-room that boasts 14’ high ceilings and a unique garage door imported from the Netherlands. The exterior walls of this central space are covered in Shou Shugi Ban, Japanese Cyprus that has been burned, provided by Nakamoto Forestry. At approximately 3400 square feet the home has an ADA compliant ground floor master suite, two kids rooms with adjoining jack and jill bath and a full size master suite on the second floor with ample closet space and a European style wet-room.
Keswick House is a private residence in the Rancho park area of Los Angeles, boasting 4000+ square feet and an airide floor plan this features a large fouye, walk in wine room and ample space to display art.
Selby was a spec house built with the intention of harnessing all the natural light available to the property. This was accomplished by creating as many large apertures as possible both from the interior to the exterior as well as from floor to floor.
Illona was a spec house who’s theme was an oasis of white. The whole house featured light walls, cabinetry and floors, accented where appropriate with rich, warm wood to balance out the home and make it cozy and inviting
Keswick house no.1 was among our first ventures into modern architecture. By creating a well balanced, clean environment we created a beautiful environment to display art. This was taken advantage of by the owners who used the house to display their beautiful modern art collection.
Kelton was an earlier Spanish style house in west Los Angeles built in 2006. Prominent features include the custom wrought iron railings, hand painted Spanish tiles and rich wooden ceilings.
Dunkirk was a private residence built for the owner on request, due to the Private nature of this project only the exterior is shown.
This house on Selby was an extensive Spanish style re-model and addition. The ground floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and ample entertaining space. The second floor master suit was added on, with a beautiful bathroom and stunning balcony. The whole house has a warm and inviting feeling that encourages people to relax.
The Martin Residence, our home, was the first house to be built back in 2003. Built from the ground up, only retaining the beautiful original fireplace, it is a cozy Spanish style home. The center of the home is a the double height foyer suspended over a terracotta tile lattice, the home has three bedrooms and 3 baths as well as a large backyard with covered patio.
